For our breakfast baskets, we place the greatest emphasis on regionality and sustainable value creation in South Tyrol. All products come, as far as possible, from our own farm or from regional producers around Kastelruth and the Dolomites. This ensures freshness, quality, and a balanced diet during your stay, with views of the impressive Dolomite mountain landscape.

Fresh milk, coffee, tea, juice or hot chocolate, fresh bread varieties, butter, homemade fruit spreads, honey, yogurt, fresh free-range eggs, as well as cheese, speck, and cold cuts – arranged according to your preferences.

For the weekend: As our local bakery is closed on Sundays, please place your order for both Saturday and Sunday together by Friday at 2:00 PM.
