We remind you that as from 01.01.2014 we are obliged to levy a municipal residence tax of 2.50 € per person per day (except children up to 14 years). The tax will be collected on location.

• regional and local trains from Brennero as far as Trento and from Malles to San Candido
• bus services throughout the province (town, suburban and city buses)
• the Renon, Colle, Maranza, San Genesio, Meltina and Verano cable cars
• the narrow track Renon railway and the Mendola cable railway
• a return trip between Malles and Zernez on a Swiss Postbus service
• + discount on Combi Card, Nordic Pass and Seiser Alm Card Gold
  

Information for guests who are travelling with all types of public transport, such as train or bus:
It is possible to get the card by email in advance. The card is only valid for regional and local trains from Brennero as far as Trento and from Malles to San Candido. The ticket needs to be validated on the relative train station.

• The Seis-Seiseralm orbit can be reached in just 5 minutes.
• Shuttle bus to orbit (Telfen stop is a 5-minute walk away)
• Hiking trails directly from the farm
• Non-smoking house / apartments (outdoors available)

• Barbecue facilities for guests
• Living farm with many animals: rabbits, cats, cows and horses.
• Children are welcome to help with the daily farm work (calves calves, hay work, feeding cows and much more)
• Please bring for your four-legged family members your own basket or blanket.

Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 3 p.m.
If you arrive early, you can unload the bags in the meantime and explore the farm.
In case of an unexpected delay, we are pleased to receive a message from you.

Check-out: 9 a.m.
Late check-out is possible, but can not be guaranteed (possible upon request).

pick-up service: If you wish to arrive using public transport, we will be happy to pick you up from the nearest railway station or bus stop.

Cancellations/vacation insurance (Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code)

There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• In the event that something unforeseen happens, you may cancel your reservation up to 3 months before the arrival date without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.

• From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.

• Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the booking price.

• Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid (notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).
